Seller Information:
Fors ehf., ID number (kt.): 530608-0260, Hlíðarsmári 6, 201 Kópavogur, Iceland. The company specializes in online sales of Scandinavian health products. VAT number of Fors ehf. is 132308.
Prices:
Prices in the online store do include VAT and are therefore total prices. Please note that prices in the online store may change without notice due to price changes from manufacturers, incorrect price information or printing errors.
Payment Options:
Payment options include debit card, credit card or any other payment method displayed on the website.
Terms of Delivery:
General:
The following information is designed to help you understand our Shipping and Return Policies. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, add or remove portions of this policy at any time by posting such changes to this page. Such changes will be effective upon posting.
Fors ehf. requests that you read the Shipping and Return Policies carefully and consult them regularly. By purchasing items, you agree to be bound by these provisions.
Your use of this site after such changes are implemented constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of such changes. You affirm that you have read these policies and understand, agree and consent to its provision.
Shipping Policy:- Carriers Used: Icelandic Post Office. It is the sole discretion of Fors ehf. when an item is being shipped to use the carrier of their choice. All items will be traceable.
- Orders are shipped as soon as we receive them. The Post Office delivers orders after about 7 business days. If we can’t ship within that period or there will be a delay, we will notify by email or by phone to let you know of the status.
- Most parcels reach their destination promptly and without incidents. Please understand that Fors has no control over delivery day or delivery time, once the parcel is turned over to the carrier.
We deliver all over the world. Please note that delivery times depend on the governing laws of the country the parcel is being sent to. All customs and/or tolls & duties will be paid by the recipient. Fors ehf. takes no liability for delays due to customs checks and or but not limited to inspections the parcel might go through in the country it is being sent to.
Shipping Cost:Within Iceland: ISK: Calculated at checkout
Post Office Europe, USA & rest of the world: Flat rate of $20.
Note: Customs charges are not included in the prices that Fors ehf. charges.
There is no Icelandic VAT included in the retail price.
Returns and refunds:
The buyer has 14 days to cancel the purchase of all and the product is refunded in full if the conditions below are met. The product must be unused, returned in good condition, in the original packaging and accompanied by a payment receipt. The return period begins when the product is delivered to the registered recipient. You can return the product to the warehouse of Fors ehf. at Gardatorg 1, 210 Garðabær, Iceland.
Returning the product is the buyer's responsibility and expense, unless he received the wrong or damaged product.
In other respects, reference is made to consumer purchase no. 48/2003. Please note that a specially marked product cannot be returned unless it is a wrong or damaged product.

The seller promises the buyer complete confidentiality regarding all information he provides in connection with the transaction. Information will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.
Disputes:
This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case arises relating to the agreement, it shall be settled by Icelandic courts.

What are cookies?

It is possible that we collect personally identifiable information about you, such as you name, address, email address and telephone number related to the processing of orders or for other communications with you.
For example, we record the personally identifiable information necessary to deliver the product you purchase. Also financial-related information and billing address, email address, address, phone number and place of delivery.
The financial information is used only to collect payment for the products purchased.
